Psalm 126 (New King James Version)
A Song of Ascents.
1 "When the LORD brought back the captivity of Zion,
We were like those who dream.
2 Then our mouth was filled with laughter,
And our tongue with singing.
Then they said among the nations,
“The LORD has done great things for them.”
3 The LORD has done great things for us,
And we are glad.
4 Bring back our captivity, O LORD,
As the streams in the South.
5 Those who sow in tears
Shall reap in joy.
6 He who continually goes forth weeping,
Bearing seed for sowing,
Shall doubtless come again with rejoicing,
Bringing his sheaves with him."

In my daily Bible reading plan, I am reading in Ezekiel.

The children of Judah and Israel are scattered across the countries, dying and being killed, taken captive etc. But over and over, no matter how the Lord's wrath poured upon their wickedness, He also saved a remnant of His chosen people. He kept His promises and He took care of them and continued to do great things for them!

Psalms 126 was when the remnant of Israel was returning from their captivity in Babylon. They had left in tears, but returned rejoicing and praising God for once again doing great things for them!

Praise God for the great things that He does for you Everyday!
