~What's Cooking Wednesdays~ Carrot Muffins (2 Recipes!)

Time for "What's Cooking Wednesday"! Link up and join the fun at Jess's blog, "It's All About the Savings"! (By the way, she has a huge blog event coming up the first of April)!

I have started baking more that I finally have an oven! Last week I made oatmeal, carrot muffins and we enjoyed them so much I made another batch this week!
I also found a carrot, date muffin recipe that I hope to try soon! Someone gave us a big bag of dates a while back and I have not made anything with dates before! Should be fun to try some new things out!
