1 "Bless the LORD, O my soul;
And all that is within me, bless His holy name!
2 Bless the LORD, O my soul,
And forget not all His benefits:
3 Who forgives all your iniquities,
Who heals all your diseases,
4 Who redeems your life from destruction,
Who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies,
5 Who satisfies your mouth with good things,
So that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s." Psalms 103:1-5
I am thankful first and foremost for my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ! And the sacrifice He made on the cross for my sins!
I am thankful for God's word and that I can read from His word everyday! I am thankful for prayer, so that I may talk with God whenever and wherever I need to!
I am thankful for all the blessings God has so richly showered upon us! Praise the Lord! He is Soo Good to His children!
I am thankful for my husband! My dearest friend and the love of my life! I am thankful for each and every day that we are blessed with, to spend together!
I am thankful for our children! Praise the Lord for the blessing of children! They fulfill our life as a couple on this earth.
I am thankful that today I can live in freedom in this country. That I can worship God, that I can pray in public, that I can speak and bear arms, that I can teach my children at home and be a homemaker.
I am thankful for the people who fight everyday for these freedoms. I am thankful for the price that all who fought in the past have paid for our freedom, and for our forefathers and the great prices they paid to found our country and live in freedom and so that their children and grandchildren and we could live in freedom!
Thank You, Lord for our Christian forefathers! And thank You for those who fight for our freedom, here today!
God Bless Your children!
A sister in Christ,

I can say amen to this. I am thank for for these same things. The video about giving your children to Caesar is very good. What a shame that our public schools have changed so much over the last 50 years. I went to grade school in the 40s and high school in the early 50s. It was a whole different world then.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you linked to Spiritual Sundays and hope you will return there often.
Blessings,
