The Words of Our Founding Fathers.... Ben Franklin Friday's


Okay, I would like to start having different Founders on different days of the week, so we picked Benjamin Franklin for Friday! Mr. Franklin was a very intelligent man, we all know and his writings are very thought provoking and witty!

So today, here is some of Ben's Best.

"Only a virtuous people are capable of freedom. As nations become corrupt and vicious, they have more need of masters."

  1. It's stunning that Franklin mentions God in his sayings. He was practically an athiest, but even he had to admit there is a God that works in human affairs.
