~Menu Plan Monday~ Cooking From The Pantry!

Hello fellow Menu Planners!
Hope your month of April has been going great! I love this time of year! So pretty with all the spring blooms and everything turning green!
The "Spring Into Health Event" has been going good. Still low entries on the giveaways (see sidebar for links!), and I have some more reviews & giveaways to post this week! So, this week, I am using some of the food I am reviewing in my menu! That should be fun! So keep an eye out for my giveaways for Gillian's Foods, Frontier Co-op, Kay's Naturals, and my review for Tropical Traditions!
Oh, I am on twitter now too!

If you have not already visited the hundreds of blogs to surf and great menu plans and recipes to find, at Organize Junkie, you really have go check them out and join the Menu Planning! For me, Menu Planning ,makes the days go by with a Lot less wasted time and aggravation!

Here is my tentative menu for this week!

Breakfast
Mon.= cheesy egg burritos
The rest of the week should be mostly homemade granola (Cold cereal) and dried fruit).

Lunch
Mon.= leftover buffet
Tues.= spaghetti and meatballs
Wed.=spaghetti and meatballs
Thurs.= leftover buffet
Fri.=tuna sandwiches
Sat.=homemade sub sandwiches (not sure what meat I will use yet)
Sun.=Southern seasoned canned veggies, fried ham and rolls or biscuits

Supper
Mon.= spaghetti and meatballs
Tues.=chicken casserole
Wed.=chicken casserole
Thurs.= beans & rice
Fri.=beans & rice
Sat.=beans & rice
Sun.=leftover buffet
