Hope your month of April has been going great! I love this time of year! So pretty with all the spring blooms and everything turning green!
The "Spring Into Health Event" has been going good. Still low entries on the giveaways (see sidebar for links!), and I have some more reviews & giveaways to post this week! So, this week, I am using some of the food I am reviewing in my menu! That should be fun! So keep an eye out for my giveaways for Gillian's Foods, Frontier Co-op, Kay's Naturals, and my review for Tropical Traditions!

Here is my tentative menu for this week!
Mon.= cheesy egg burritos
The rest of the week should be mostly homemade granola (Cold cereal) and dried fruit).
Mon.= leftover buffet
Tues.= spaghetti and meatballs
Wed.=spaghetti and meatballs
Thurs.= leftover buffet
Sat.=homemade sub sandwiches (not sure what meat I will use yet)
Sun.=Southern seasoned canned veggies, fried ham and rolls or biscuits
Mon.= spaghetti and meatballs
Thurs.= beans & rice
Fri.=beans & rice
Sat.=beans & rice
